Delivery of Goods and returns

Goods delivered within Australia are sent via standard post. Goods delivered internationally are sent via standard airmail. Select the appropriate postage and handling method at check out. Incorrect selection will result in a delay in processing your order. If you would like a different delivery method, please contact our office on 1800 836 773 or info@e3products.com.au.

Delivery costs are calculated by Australia Post based on the weight of the goods purchased. The final cost of postage is displayed in the confirmation window or the purchasing process.  

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within Australia. International deliveries can take even longer. If we are not able to provide you with your specific product, you will be contacted in person by e3products.com.au to discuss alternative arrangements. It is important that we are able to contact you for any reason so please ensure all contact details are correct.

Whilst all care is taken, Explore+Engage+Enjoy cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods beyond their control that may occur during delivery.

 We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and postage fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns and Exchanges
